Not only did she get our offer accepted by writing a beautiful letter to the seller about us she got the price lowered too! During our final walk through before closing she found things even we didn't see and had either the seller fix or compensate us for them. She went above and beyond hiring a carpet cleaning company and an overall cleaning company. Even offered an air purifier if there is remaining smoke smell.
